The company started in 2020 as MWF Services’ spin-off, with the purpose of dedicating this new division to the development of mechatronic systems, from design to materialization and testing.

Engineers at MWF Mechatronics are capable of fully designing actuators from scratch, including detailed electromagnetic and mechanical models, which are simulated using comprehensive tools, enabling a deep understanding. Accordingly, the designed models are manufactured and assembled in-house, in order to guarantee that all features and tolerances are met. Testing is performed to verify the individual and integrated behavior of each component in the system, which includes not only the actuating subsystems, but also enclosed control and power electronics, cables, interfaces and software; everything one needs to get the solution running in no time. Finally, MWF’s experts help each client in the commissioning and integration stages.

MWF Mechatronics also maintains the continuous development of Gama, a line of frequency inverters, expanding its expertise in motion control and robotics by providing complete and integrated solutions. The state of the art algorithms run in control electronics developed in-house especially for that purpose. In addition, a robust enclosure keeps everything intact, despite environmental effects like humidity, vibrations, electromagnetic disturbances and so on.

We also work with custom projects involving these engineering expertise and many other aquired throughout the years. When off-the-shelf technology is not enough, we step in and develop the entire solution. It includes projects from all sorts of areas, such as automotive, industrial, medical, etc.
